"When the app was working, I loved the reminders, ability to make notes on the dose, the shared visibility with my allergist, and the local pollen count was a bonus. At that time, the only thing I didn't like was not being able to back date a dose. (I sometimes forgot to hit save and didn't notice it until the next day.) Other than that it was great! I have been unable to log doses for weeks. My allergist contact has been sending the problems to the designated help desk via email with no results. Unfortunately, there isn't a help desk phone number to speak with person that can help you real time. Until I am able to log dosages, I'm rating 1 star. When I was able to log the dosages, I would give it a 4 star rating."
